Thanks for sharing your impressions of the Saturn. It seems that I won't go too far wrong regardless. I'm a vinyl lover too, and always use it as the reference for what sounds good. One of things the Rega and Audio Note players have in common for me is that they get the timbre right.
Have you heard any of the older Audio Note digital products, and if so, how would you compare them to the Saturn?
BTW, you've put together a great Quad site there. I like the ESL-57's too, although no room for them at home. I use a 33/303 combo still with AR-5 speakers as the synergy is very good. The AR's are pretty much back to spec. (still some work to do), but the 33 & 303 need to be restored now. I was thinking of doing all the NET Audio mods this winter or next. Have you had any experience with NET Audio or heard any thing about their mods?
