I had a somewhat similar experience (with a different company & non audio product) They would not refund the shipping charge, I forced the issue w/ my credit card company and they credited my account with the difference from what the seller would not refund. If you have a good payment history with your credit card company, I am very confident they will do the same for you (credit you for whatever shortcoming Pacific ends up at). CC companies will always do this for thier good customers and they right it off. DO KEEP copies of all coorespondence and receipts,just to be safe. Thanks for your alert & Good Luck!
