RE: Audio CD-RWs

I've found that too, but it's inconsistent. I used to use CD-Rs rather than RWs and some of these develop a nasty "scratching" sound after a while on certain notes.

Far worse if you use adhesive labels. I used to buy CD-Rs in bulk for pro use so they had a blank while side that was printable using an inkjet printer with a CD holder. No problem with these CDs
