It does both, speakers and system."When you hear my voice coming at you from all around your room, your system is the most diffuse, and when your system is most diffuse for an out of phase signal it will be most focused when the system (rpt system) is in phase."
Also, the OP really wanted was to find out what polarity state his CD TRANSPORT is in at a given time.
