Tidal does have a numerous test CDs that contains sweep tones, test tones, in phase and out, pink and white noise, low level dithered tones, DAC linearity tests etc.
Audio Line-Up Test Tones (Calibration Reference Check) has 162 different test tracks and there are other test CDs as well.
