RE: USB DACs and Inputs...I don't really get it.

Oh, I am not in denial. I am already pre planning a server set up.

I also strongly believe a USB input is a marketing check box. I think
reviewers have become fixated on USB inputs, and to me it's the new
vinyl..desirable for the hip factor rather than for performance.

I will still with S/PIDF and thernet for now.

And for the record, optical disc play back is FAR from dead.
