Do I change my cdp Marantz 6000 OSE or just by a DAC please help

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Currently have Classe CAP 101 with B&W N805. My cdp is the Marantz CD 6000 OSE. While the classe cdp.03 is very attractive I was wondering if that was the ideal move or should I just keep the Marantz and buy a used DAC sunch as MSB on audiogon. The diff in price between the classe and Marantz is roughly $650.
I am new at this dac stuff and bit 24/96 and what have you. I will be bying a DVD carousel as well. I like the Panny. Where would that fit in there?
