Have to have certain outputs to hook up to an external DAC? For example, I am considering an inexpensive CD player with optical outputs. Would I need optical inputs on the external DAC (MSB link, Audio by Van Alstine Omega III, etc) to hook up to CD player? The AVA Omega III has coaxial inputs only, the MSB has both optical and coaxial.
