RE: Suggestions for a redbook CD player $800-$2000?

The link below might be a good place to gather additional ideas. I'm not suggesting that you buy from this retailer but they list several CDP models. Unfortunately, many are out of stock - not just at this retailer. Audio / Video gear availability is a problem everywhere.

I haven't been in the CDP market for decades but if I were looking again, I'd stay away from pricey units. Looks like that's around sub $2000 for you. For me I'd be looking below $1000. Good luck!
