My Local Thrift Store has A Marantz CD-94 and and D/A Converter

This is at my local Thrift Store a Marantz CD-94 Player and a separate Marantz CDA-94 D/A Converter. Your thoughts Gentlemen and Ladies on this. They want $600 for both. They will not sell them separately.They claim the man that donated them paid $3300 foreach.I doubt that because at 150,000 Yen that translates to $1500 for each.Some person with a home studio also took the model numbers down.
