So you've used the Quad 99 CDP-2?

I was considering picking up a Quad 99 CDP-2 for myself sometime. Your desire to replace it interests me because now I get to hear the other side of the stories.

I'm not familiar with the Encore monitors - would I run into problems with other monitors? What can you tell me about the Quadlink? Do you have any more thoughts?
