The other person I know in Singapore who owns both is Mikhail at Kingsley Co. You might want to check with him. The XA7ES and the XA777ES runs into the Sony Reference DAC DAS-R1. I think he prefers the XA7ES as the transport. He listens mainly to $5 Chinese pop CDs though, so I am not sure if it is a fair accessment.E-mail me on how to get the XA777ES to sound its best.
