"Can you be a little more clear about the differnce between jumping and sequencing?""Jumping" is either selecting the track numerically on the remote keypad or just hitting "play" for the first track. "Sequencing" is once the system is playing, using the backward or forward "skip" keys to get to the desired track. Once you play any track for about 15 seconds and then "sequence" in either direction (you *must* do this), you will get the "good" sonic mode.
If you later do a "jump" selection or stop the CD, you will have to play a track for 15 seconds again. Do not wait substantially longer than this- I've found it does *not* work when I play half of a 4-minute track before first sequencing. Once you get in the "good" mode, it does not matter how long each subsequent track is played, as long as you either "sequence" the selection or play continuously.
By the way, every single track I've played so far I've noticed a similar type of improvement. Be it classical, rock, jazz, country, oldies, etc..
