While I am a bit confused about the difference between "jumping" and "sequencing", I have noticed that sometimes my NAD C541 played a selection I was very familiar with differently, almost as if it was a different version. Reading your post makes me think maybe I had jumped or sequenced like you describe. And I thought I was crazy - but I do remember reading something in one of the Audio Perfectionists' downloads about testing CDP's in this manner. Can you be a little more clear about the differnce between jumping and sequencing?
