toshiba 3950 ???????????????

the unit seems to have had the body sucked out of it ?? it has the vinny power supply mods and the john swensom auricap mod, as it was playing all of a sudden ????? it's running throught a eico hf-81 with all new auricaps, could the sound of the caps just be breaking in on the eico ??? it's only been running 10 hours or could the lens be dirty on the toshiba ??? how would i clean the lens ???
help !!! it also seems to be at a fast tempo? or it might just sound like it because other parts of the music are missing........
what happened to simpiler times !!!!!!!!
