Nothing in Todd's factual claims (about resolution enhancement or interpolation) is contradicted by Perpetual Techologies' advertising. They have consistently said that their interpolation algorithms are musically better ones (*not* the only ones). You might disagree about that, but they've never claimed to be the inventors of interpolation in audio products
