No shanling

OK, I understand the timing issue wrt the virgo posting.

BTW, you didn't have a shanling player when you were at my
place, it was a 47labs. You did mention the shanling.

I do remember that it sounded more refined with quiet music. Also
the highs were less intrusive than with the AH!
BUT, as soon as a Tool cd went in the player, the image got blured.
I thought it couldn't handle more complex-loud music.

That's what I mean when I say that it greatly depends on musical taste.

Truth must be told that all of the stuff was still cold and that
,again with more quiet music, the 47 labs stuff sounded great.

Another BTW, you were right about my pre-amp beeing the bottleneck
in my set, I replaced it.
