I think people should study carefully by talking to other owners, and read many reviews. From magazines, webzines, and review websites where owners put them into service. Look close.

When you do this, the BS will usually shake itself out. You have to assume a few people will not like something. Nothing is that good. Except the Honda Accord. Maybe.

I'm buying a Espresso machine. I know zero of them. One of my customers is in the biz. I trust him. He says Pasquini. I checked some review sites...and I think he is correct. I trust him....but needed more info cause I know so little.
