Home Digital Drive

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

DIY versus assembled approach…

The price seems reasonable fair for a complete assembled package.

However, the DIY approach seems quite feasible (for the economical challenged audiophile):
-the hardware is cheap
-what components to choose (critical point)
-is there a software based DSP (e.g. digital eq, etc.) ?
-other considerations?

Does anyone out there have experiences with DIY approach?
