While intriguing, your impressions are couched in standard audiophile terms and don't indicate whether, in your opinion, the VRS system preserves all those musical insights that my AN CDT-2/DAC 3.1x Balanced certainly does. The two DACs couldn't be more dissimilar so perhaps you'd like the AN setup more if you had persevered with the CDT-2?
