Hi David and Kazu,Let me suggest one thing because I just tried the direct digital link from DV-70V (my possesion) to DC-330 at home very recently. "If I were you..." did I thought in the same way...HOWEVER, what I expected was that in my case the digital link was not so good as the analogue link from 70V(!!). The difference was not so small. I do not know the reason at all but I am sure that the suggested combination would not work as well as you expect in theory.
