If my understanding is correct, the DP75V's DAC part has the ability for up to 24bit/192khz, but its transport part's digital output is only 16bit/44.1khz. There is no DD converter function in the DP75. If you use DP75V with the dCS purcell/Delius combo, you use only transport part of DP75V and you don't use 75's supurb DAC part. So you are saying that the DP75V is a supurb CD transport, right? And I have not heard about the "upsampling option board" of the DP-75V. I'm very interested in the DP75V.
