Hmmm .. harmonic "reflection" is a good way to described what I heard with the dCS, only I interpreted it as increased texture and detail. I wonder if this is the "signature" of upsampled sound. You know, yours may be the first non-positive comments on the EVS. Please report back on your additional tests, especially if you use non HDCD discs.
