I don't recall where I read it (it was either here or on the Audio Review message boards), but Ric said that he's working on the next two versions of the DAC. (I'll call them Mk. II & III). Mk. II was supposed to go for around $800 and the Mk. III would be something like $1200.I don't remember which one (or both) is supposed to have the upsampling, but I'm sure it'll be an awesome DAC.
Of course, one of these days I want to hear the thing for myself. I am simply repeating what he said and echoing all the positive reviews (in fact, I've not heard one bad thing about the Millenium DAC).
Ric said he's update the web site "soon."
