Yes...

... they still have a CPU, memory, networking components, and other computer type parts. So, yes, they are still a computer underneath it all. If the computer guts didn't exist, none of those devices would exist.

That said, certainly some computers are dedicated to a specific purpose, and hopefully do that task well. And, they are certainly entitled to have a name that describes their function, whether music streamer, network player, music server, or whatever. But, they are also still a computer.
