Dear Craig,No they do not, just look at the pulse responses of our DACs compared to the same pulse reproduced by an oversampling or upsampled DAC and it is patently obvious that the time smear introduced by the combination of oversampling and digital filtering causes severe "out of time" signals to be present in the original signal.
