It would be the MSB Technology Platinum III.....
I personally have never heard one, but this is maybe the best design I've encountered on paper. Mainly because it is a true "ground-up" design that avoids "off the shelf" converter chips that is almost unheard of elsewhere. The other thing about this design is the impulse response (FIR filter) can actually be customized.
The bad part is the product ain't cheap. Six grand, I think.
