RE: How many Audiophiles have Multiple Systems here ? ....................

You definitely have fantastic power amplifiers for your Thiel speakers. PS Audio's Stellar amplifiers are simply awesome.

I heard the CS2.4 speakers just once at the Thiel factory listening room in Lexington, KY. I remember only that they didn't quite measure up to the CS3.7's so I ended up buying the 3.7's. Have you ever heard the CS3.7's? You might be able to find a good deal on pair now that Thiel is out of business.

One thing that concerns me about the CS2.4's is the mechanical crossover of the coaxial midrange/tweeter driver. Have you had any problems with that transducer? There's only one high-end audio store in Lexington and they quit carrying Thiel speakers because their customers experienced so many failures with that midrange/tweeter driver. They said they had a lot of burned out voice coils. It's a rather unusual design.

On the other hand, the CS3.7's coaxial midrange/tweeter is designed with two completely separate transducers, each having its own voice coil with a standard electrical crossover. I'm not sure of the crossover frequency between midrange and tweeter, but the midrange crosses into the woofer at about 300-Hz. It's really amazing to have a single coaxial speaker reproduce frequencies from 300-Hz to above 20-kHz. Of course, the CS2.4 is probably similar in that regard.

Happy listening!
