Modern Instruments couldn't possibly tune to A 432. It's hard enough keeping 440 without going sharp.

The Rep and the Inst can't be separated.
My Wife is in a Bach Choir, they routinely tune low to a Baroque Organ, all Period Inst made to tune that way.
Re-tuning Modern Inst is ridiculous.
If you want Low Pitch, there are plenty of Groups to provide it without the Gizmo.
I'd say the whole idea is stupid, but that would be too negative.
