The point is MQA can stream 24/96 and 24/192 files. I would like to address the something is amiss comment. If I was going to record I would certainly choose 24/96 or 24/192 over 16/44 . It will sound better. My question is in playback. Many on this forum have slammed MQA because in demos no comparisons are usually done. The same is true of so called Hi-Rez. At many shows I have listened to dac manufacturers play 24/96 or 24/192 files to show off there dacs. No comparisons with 16/44 files are ever done. It is easy to do on the 2L test bench. Again as the MQA detractors have said if comparisons are not made how do we know it is really better. Comparisons of 16/44 vs 24/192 using the same master file
