The mains are ScanSpeak, Vifa.I am not a speaker expert. That's specifically why I went with a tri-amped system. So I could move the crossover points as needed. I built the cases based on many online references but it's not something I am experienced in. Now the electronics I am.
The system is swept and balanced with REW. I do have a pro spectrum analyzer but REW is better!
I also followed what I considered expert advice on room treatment - Dennis Erskin. I think that is the most important factor to good sound reproduction and I am glad I stuck to his published recommendations.
For me it's all about measured results and of course listening. I don't care who's name is on the box or product. I want proven performance. As for names, go see my wife's designer purse collection! I'm just not into that stuff. I buy my cloths at Costco!
