RE: SO ... HOW do we measure soundstage???

I don't think that is enough. You can have all that and still not have great soundstage, if your gear and or power has issues, not related to channel separation. In fact, you can have a DAC with relatively poor channel separation (or vinyl, with even poorer separation) and have fantastic soundstage depth and width. Bad power has a hugely detrimental effect on soundstaging, imaging and separation of elements in the soundstage.
