Home Digital Drive

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

We'll be making one soon

If you want to buy it today and don't mind tubes, the Wavelength is the way to go. It is the only USB DAC that puts the clock in the DAC and the computer is slaved to it. All other USB DACs use the clock from the computer and then try to reconstruct a clock based on the rate that the audio packets are delivered. This leads to much higher jitter.

If you can wait a few months, we will be making a USB DAC that will license Wavelength's technology. Tube guys will want to use his DACs, and solid-state guys can buy our DACs. We should have a prototype at CES if all goes well.
