you just don't dress to go out knowing your pants are ripped down the butt
as well as the expectation of receiving premium product for a premium price
IME smaller batch products benefit from higher QC standards since it's feasible to test all or more of them as opposed to QC spot sampling large scale production runs, otherwise what's the point of 'limited editions' besides marketing?
for a boutique operation my expectation is that smaller scale production should translate to a higher attention to detail right off the QC testing bench unless there's a design flaw shortening MTBF ... which is in keeping with the original point
