From our webmaster: I see they don't want to use the email contact - there is also an 800# on the Contact Us page for subscription problems: 800-666-3746
As a side note - there were several outages the last two days - our sites were slowed a bit, but our social buttons provider, INtentX and others when down partially or completely.
