RE: Everybody will pay more for everything, in every country

...no maybe about it - that's what a tariff war will do - increase prices everywhere.

It's a self-centered bully's economic policy. No economists agree.

Wages are still not keeping up with inflation even after the huge corporate tax cut, but CEO pay is up 17% along with stock buybacks.

Manufacturing jobs will never be coming back here - many have been replaced by technology.

Continuing down the same road we've been on has seen steady economic growth for over 8 years.

Now with the tariffs and the huge deficit the tax cuts created, we can anticipate a crash sooner than later.
