I wasn't aware that it was inappropriate for me to post to this thread, Doug.
All I was doing was pointing out that the behavior of MQA's filter has
been examined at length in Stereophile. That when you said that "As Paul
Miller shows in the February 2018 issue of 'Hi-Fi News and Record Review,'
their "leaky" filter allows for high-frequency aliased images...," this is
neither new nor is it something that anyone has tried to keep covered up.
