I agree. I purchased Stereophile's review sample of the C-5xe following Wes
Phillips's review in July 2005, and it has been in almost daily use ever
since, other than the time I returned it to the factory for the MP upgrade.
Given the fairly high failure rate of products from other manufacturers that
we receive for review, I think Ayre's record in this respect is superb.
