I was told that this was Arthur Salvatore's nickname by my writer Bob Deutsch,
who also lives in Toronto and knows him.

Yes indeed. I was making fun of Arthur Salvatore's penchant for coming up
with crazy conspiracy theories involving Stereophile and its writers. I think
some of the inmates missed my smiley emoticons in the archived thread. :-(
