The professional format for transmitting DSD is SDIF3 for stereo (one 75 ohm BNC terminated cable for each channel & one for the clock).
Outside of Pyramix & the Sonoma DSD recorders, your only other option is the Tascam DA-3000 that John Marks mentioned above; Ayre, EMM Labs & Grimm all offer ADCs with DSD capability.
As regards editing the DSD signal, the only software available to use on any computer (MAC or PC) is Audiogate from KORG.
