Very careless use of quotation marks, but they were meant to indicate what you do and were not a direct quote.

They were meant to set off the proposition in question, but I probably could have thought of a less ambiguous way of doing it, so that even the most hostile reader could not claim it was supposed to be a quote. I would apologize except I don't really think you care.

I do point out, though, that what I say makes no difference to the issues. I could be the biggest liar in the world, but that does absolutely nothing to establish what YOU can hear, what tubebuy, bjh, or anyone else can hear. You can whine about why audiophiles report hearing various things during sighted listening and then, minutes later, fail to show they actually can hear some of those things during blind listening.

And the link below is a place where you do try to foist such a silly notion on us. You pretend that there are some people out there who are convinced that 'there are no cables which make an audible difference,' and want us to believe that is a position Richard Green would want to defend. You know very well that we hold nothing of the sort but you pretend we do--and that's quite deliberate misrepresentation since I have pointed it out to you a number of times.
