you guys all have some great info as I'm learning new stuff by reading all your comments.I think most of you should have been the reviewers. Steve O. had the perfect conclusion in just 2 lines and a question you have to ask yourself.
One reason I wondered about Art's room size was something Abraham Cohen wrote about the Klipschorn in an old book I have( Hi-fi loudspeakers and enclosures) where he said the walls of your room are an extension of the horn,folded within the Klipschorn itself. When I took a pen and a ruler out in my head I couldn't figure out where you could get any imaging, for starters. Combine that with what Steve O. said and the Klipschorn seems like a hard sell for 15 grand.
When I was 20 and saw the beautiful Klipsch Cornwall in the Hifi shop I marveled at the craftsmanship and beautiful finish,and unfinished too.I never got a listen. When I saw that great picture of the inside of one 42 years of wonderment came to a close. Nice looking box but I thought there might be more to it internally....thanks for all the info, sincerely, Mark Korda
