RE: If you don't like her stuff, why to you click on the links?

We all have our own issues. No poster in these forums is a saint. It is not for nothing that this place is called an asylum. I see no reason to be judgmental about Teresa's lifestyle. Your post says more about your own values and politics than about Teresa's qualifications as an audio reviewer. There is more to audio than high-priced consumerism.

As to audio shows, I have never gone to an audio show and don't really care to do so, given they they are hundreds or thousands of miles away from where I live. I do go to live concerts, however. They are an essential reference needed by any audiophile who does not wish to delude himself as to what constitutes good sound.

As to cell phones, the only connection with good quality audio that I notice is that they can cause noticeable interference when operated close to my audio equipment. I keep my cell phone out of the listening room. I also keep my wireless Internet disabled except when I have a house guest. The RF degrades audio performance and possibly comprises a health hazard.
