Yup, but I do feel that those time definitions are a bit vague. For example; most of us remember the differences between the voices of different people in our lives. I think there must be a significant variance in how long we remember different types of sounds, and many factors affecting that.That said, I do not believe that a human can recall, compare and judge the difference between two audio components that were heard between a matter of hours/days/weeks/months.
