They are a custom job for a music-industry guy who has been booking top acts such at Steely Dan and Bob Dylan for more than 40 years.

We have upped the driver quality quite a bit; now it's time for the fine tuning.

Oh, BTW, I prototype in mono, because stereo is confusing. So there's only one speaker; but once we approve the crossover, we will build Pair #1.

PS: I can't get out of my head how this thread started with a 2-way loudspeaker that seems based on a $381-each woofer, and my guess is, let's be generous and assume a ScanSpeak Revelator Series D2908/7140 Beryllium Dome Tweeter at $645 each... HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU GET TO $24,000????????????????????
