RE: a forgotten factor

You make some good points, but..

I don't think being a music lover has any correlation to liking good sound. I know dozens of music lovers who could not tell the difference between a 128 Mp3 and a full resolution file.

If we have to wait until young people somehow have long careers and generate wealth until they can go high end...well..good luck with that.

Lastly, you can now put together a beautiful sounding system for less than 3K, which is probably less than people in their 20's and 30's pay for a mindless week in the Caribbean, or on other useless garbage like Macbooks and even less than their yearly bar tabs.
