And what do you suppose would happen if actual musicians performed in your listening room? Wouldn't the same cues have an effect. So far the technology hardly exists to reproduce a one on one match. Look hard at a grand piano. Think about where the sound emerges, were it goes, how it arrives at your ears. Then do the same for a typical loudspeaker. There is no substitution of parts, no combination, which could yield a device which could produce sound which duiplicates the piano. The concept behind the speaker simply isn't adequate for it. The realization of a particular one is besides the point.
