Many audiophiles, include most of your respondents in this category, do not listen they look! Or why do you think there is panic and anxiety in Audiophileland at the mention of blind listening, the standard retort is "You mean I cannot see what I am listening to , I get anxious when I cannot see what I am listening to ", Of course all that anxiety disappears and they can identify all those subtle differences when you restore 'sighted' listening :~).
