Wow! you are incredibly sloppy ...

The first post in which I used the word 'inferior' is provided in the link below, and here is the sentence where it was used:

"It's no secret that John is a very vocal advocate of the OC9ML/II was also known for not being particularly positive about the DL-103/R pickups due to supposed inferior design."

Thus I'm attributing the concept of the DL-103/R pickups being 'inferior' to JE, something I suspect he would not even object to, but even if he did it would not be difficult to find any number of his posts that support that view.

The other place where I used 'inferior' was in the post above where I said:

"Did you get around to checking out John Elison's measurements of the Denon 103R vs. the AT OC9 (latest one), you know that former being a inferior Spherical stylus design, the latter a hi-tech wonder?"

The "you know ... a inferior Spherical stylus design" being a sarcastic plug at your overbearing hubris that ended up making you look silly yet again ... do you need reminding, perhaps you do, he's what you said:

"When I explain to you that the worst stylus you can put on a cartridge is a spherical, would you believe me ..."

Too bad some caveman designer just managed to prodce something that even from an objective measurements perspective, including importantly groove tracking proficiency, appears to do as well as a hi-tech wiz-bank modern design ... that's the point!, remember?

Now as far as the concept of 'better' goes I again reference the linked post where I said:

"Of course had it measured badly that would have had no bearing the fact that many listeners favor the Denons for sonic reasons ..."

Not even a absolute statement one way or the other, simply an observation that "many listeners favor the Denons for sonic reasons".

...

You really should do some serious soul searching before spouting off as you do on a nearly continual basis about audiophiles being infuenced by biases and preconceived notions vs. hard facts and objective evidence. After all when it comes to influences it appear you own fixated views prevent you from even being proficient at reading!
