Denon vs AT = apples vs oranges

You too, Brutus, can't read. I'm not talking about playback, stoopid, I'm talking about recording and the carrier itself. If you cared to read, you'd see that the stereo goove as we know it has been agreed upon during round table technical discussions, not in listening rooms. So what you are basically doing is embracing a format that has been put into life by tin-eared number crunchers.

You can't compare a Denon 103 to an AT OC9 and say, "hey, look, spherical styli are better, here's the proof". What you can do is to mount a spherical stylus on the AT (or the MicroLine on the Denon) and then compare. Unless such is done, these comparisons are useless as far as that particular issue is concerned.
